Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear or alteration.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior return authorization.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team to request return authorization.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address used to place your order.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not return products without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide your order number together with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item according to this policy and placing a new order for your preferred product.

Return Processing Time

Once your returned package has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be processed promptly after the inspection has been completed.
